Welcome to DreamTech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dreamtech.et and related software engineering and IT consulting services provided by Dream Technologies PLC ("Services"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with DreamTech for software development, ERP integration, or other IT services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

DreamTech provides custom software development, mobile application development, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and related technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of any project will be agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed by both parties prior to the commencement of work.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, all software, code, designs, documentation, and intellectual property produced by DreamTech during the execution of a project remain the property of DreamTech until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client as outlined in the project's specific contractual agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including milestone schedules, deposits, and final billing, will be defined in the individual project proposal or contract. DreamTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule. All invoices are due within the timeframe stipulated on the invoice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DreamTech, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this site. Your continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
