Requesting Account & Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email our support desk. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, security, dispute handling, or an applicable contract.
Please include the following details in your request:
- App name (e.g. Ethio Exit Exam - ExitExam, Macaafa Qulqulluu, Amharic Bible, etc.)
- Your registered email address or phone number
- Reason for the deletion request (optional but appreciated)
