DreamTech's new Bole branch office is now our only location for general customer visits and service requests. Our Piassa branch is closed, while ICT Park serves enterprise clients only.
All other customers should use our Bole branch for in-person discussions, new software enquiries, and service-request follow-ups.
Which DreamTech branch should you use?
Piassa branch: closed
DreamTech no longer receives customers or service requests at the Piassa branch. If you previously visited Piassa for general services, please use the new Bole office for future visits. Older references to the Piassa branch should not be used as directions for a new visit.
ICT Park: enterprise clients only
Our ICT Park location is reserved for enterprise clients. It is not the location for general customer visits or non-enterprise service requests. Customers outside our enterprise service arrangements should use the Bole branch.
Bole branch: all other customers
The new Bole branch is the office for all other customers. Visit Bole to discuss a software idea, explain a business requirement, explore a new project, or follow up on a general service request in person.

What happens to your service request
If you have already submitted a service request, our team will contact you shortly to discuss it.
During that conversation, you can explain the service you need, the problem you want to solve, and the result you expect. For general service requests, any in-person follow-up should take place at the Bole branch. ICT Park remains reserved for enterprise clients.
Discussing your software ideas
You are also welcome to visit us to discuss your software ideas. You do not need a finished specification to explain a business challenge or explore what a software project might involve.
To make the discussion useful, prepare a short description of how your business currently works, who would use the software, and which tasks you would like to improve. Examples of existing workflows, forms, or screens can help explain your needs.
The discussion can cover the purpose of the system, the main features you have in mind, any connections to other tools, and your preferred timeline. These details provide a starting point for understanding the project before agreeing its scope.
